My biggest difficulties (in my work) involve……..
Before we start our assignment we should know about reflected study. What is reflected study?
Where we can use it? What is aims of reflected study?
Reflective writing provides an opportunity for you to gain further insights from your work through deeper reflection on your experiences, and through further consideration of other perspectives from people and theory. Through reflection we can we can deepen the learning from work.
Aims
Aims and Objectives Aim To inform and support the production of reflective writing for work-based learning or work experience modules.
Objectives
Having worked through the pack you will have: Identified the characteristics of reflective writing Recognize how to deepen reflective writing be able to start writing reflectively Locate resources to support your reflective writing
My biggest difficulties in my work involve….
There are some reasons so I am feeling difficulties in work. Some of them are given below.
Interpersonal conflict.
At job place in education department there are many type of persons. It is not necessary that we got same person you don’t have to find like-minded people everywhere. The most fundamental problem in any place, anywhere is interpersonal conflict. We will not be able to use our potential properly until we have resolved all our difference.
We should compromise with one another at one place to work properly.
Communication problems.
This is the main problem of most teacher that we can communicate with our students. A Good teacher always communicate well with his listeners. If we keep communicate with our student always then we also keep our full attraction at work.
We cannot achieve our results unless we communicate with our children. The better our commination with children will have better results.
We should keep our communication with children maximum so we can get good results.
Gossip.
We all know that teaching is most honorable passion in world and we also remember that there are big difference between student and teachers. A good teacher did not Gossip with his children.
If we can then we are down our morals. There is big loss of gossip in education that we have lost a lot time in Gossip. Our research validated that gossip happens daily in secondary education settings, negatively affecting all of the people involved. Our focus specifically showed how gossip affects a student's ability to learn. Those affected by gossip are uncomfortable at school, preoccupied with being talked negatively about and this anxious feeling prohibits them from learning. A student's attitude in his classroom learning environment is directly altered by gossip.
Bullying.
Bullying in schools is a systemic problem. We can find a better solution of that problem. As an educator, you have a responsibility to create a safe and healthy environment in your classrooms that protects every student from bullying.
This means you must not only identify and address bullying on a consistent basis, but you also must create a culture of respect and dignity in your classroom.
Harassment.
Harassment is also a big issue in teaching because in big institutions. We can work properly in such environment. When we got suitable environment then we can teach children well. When all student got mentally and physically peace then there output will be reasonable.
Performance issues
What is needs of students and what are we teaching in class. This is question that we got on out mind that our performance is good or not. When we feel that our teaching methods are not reasonable in class we can change our stregity. Our low performance fear will reduce our output.
Evidence
• tackling poor performance is still fairly low on the agenda for employers
• poor performance reduces productivity
• Teacher find it uncomfortable and would rather ignore it
• It has a negative impact on other staff motivation and retention.

My greatest strengths (in my work) are…
Just as there are difficulties in our work, there is also some strength in our work. Some of my strength in my work are below…
Creativity…
Creativity is basic strength of mine in classroom or in my work. Creative education is when students are able to use imagination and critical thinking to create new and meaningful forms of ideas where they can take risks, be independent and flexible. Instead of being taught to reiterate what was learned, students learn to develop their ability to find various solutions to a problem. So would like to choose creativity in my work mostly.
Versatility…
I believe my greatest strength is my versatility. Change has always been and will always be a recurring major theme in my life. Because of it, I have learned from a very early age that an optimistic attitude and open mind can help me quickly adapt to and succeed in many new and unexpected situations.
My ability to work under pressure
My other strength in my work or in classroom is my ability to work under pressure. I can control all situation with time. The ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints which are often outside of your control - these might be resource or time constraints, the difficulty of the task or having insufficient knowledge required to complete the task, or unforeseen changes or problems.
My positive attitude
My positive attitude between students are my greatest strength because my student do not feel hesitation to ask any question related course.
I do not give any punishment to student in classroom for any his mistake always replied with smile. My positive attitude give student confidence and motivation for new things and new ideas.
Negative thinking is like a giant wall. It closes you in, keeps you from accomplishing goals, and blocks you from moving forward in life, whether it be learning, growing, or obtaining happiness. In the same way, negative thinking can hold a student back from his or her true potential. What’s one way to stop this from happening? By encouraging a positive attitude.
Taking Initiative
When we show initiative, we do things without being told, we find out what we need to know, we keep going when things get tough, and we spot and take advantage of opportunities that others pass by. We act, instead of reacting, at work. Most of us have seen initiative in action.
Focused
Focused is also a main strength in my work. I never distract my point from my work and always do my duties as focused and full potential. When I start teach in class I always remembered in mind that I will describe the objective and subjective clearly and fully focused on my work.
Flexibility
Reduces stress
Allowing for workplace flexibility, general work arrangements or flexible working hours can be a way to ensure your students' are stress-free. This is because when a teacher is enjoying a flexible work style, they're more likely to find work satisfaction and a greater work/life balance. And also student may feel relax in his work.
