1.Input elments After successful login user will go to the subject section and will click on the ‘submit quiz link.
2.Process System will process the input and navigate the student to another page.
3.Out put System will show the quiz page to the user.
4.control mechanism Quiz has timer,so control mechanism will automatically handle the time of each question, once the towards next question,until and unless user will not click on ‘next button.
5.Feedback system Once quiz will be ended, system will send feedback that you have successfully attempt the quiz.
6.Objectives The expeted result are gained like student attempted the quiz and system perfomed as expected.

(b) You need to identify the requirements for above LMS to be considered as Open-Loop System and Closed-Loop System.
Open loop system
Reqairments for learing mangment system (LMS);LMS system as an open loop system should require these three components input, process and output.
1.Input can be;
user can able to open the assignments upload/quiz attempt links
user can able to view the results.
2Process can be:
System process the information either the user is authorized or not.
System process the uplod the assignment file and check the format of the file.
3Output can be:
System will show output incase of unauthorized user,system will show the error message.if user login information is correxct then system will show the home screen
OR
System will show the message that assignment is uploaded successfully.
Closed loop system:
Requirment for learing Mangment System(LMS):if LMS will be closed loop system it should have input,output,controlled process,control mechanism,feedback and objectives.Fedback system is the major point which differentiate closed loop system open loop.
Input:login into the LMS system.
Output:Either successful or fail login attempt
Controol Mechanism;control the login attempts after that block the LMS account.Other examples are control the schedule of assignments/quizzes/(after due date.”submit”link should be automatically disappeared).
2.Feedback System:whenever user will either something wrong,or leave any mandatory entry,system will send alert,the output of the system depends on the input.

It has been decided to introduce a Computer Based Information System (CBIS) throughout the organization that should be capable to handle the information requirements of whole business life cycle of the company. Your task is to identify at least five distinct departments in the organization and the right information system for each of the department. You answer should include the one benefit of each information system proposed.
